Ryzolin Safetyclean® 1 is a universal heavy duty alkaline cleaner for cleaning of Oil residue applications as: Crude oils, Oil and Grease and is applied for cleaning of: storage tanks, equipment as pump around systems, fractionators, heat exchangers, feed and slurry pump around systems, pipelines, floors, etc. Dilute till 1: 100 * De-greasing Reduction / elimination H2S and pyrophoric material. Ryzolin® Safetyclean ® 1 emulsions de-emulsifies quickly for use with water-oil separator. (Use Ryzolin Safetyclean® 12 H if long stable emulsion is needed.)

Ryzolin Safetyclean® 5 Product is a liquid, inhibited, concentrated alkaline cleaner designed for cleaning (mineral) Oil, Grease, Paraffin, Reduction / elimination Mercaptanes, H2S-, etc.. Self-demulsifying.. Ryzolin ® 5 is an ideal heavy duty alkali universal cleaner which safely can be used for Ferro and Nonferrous materials. This product overcomes possible material damages when by mistake a not inhibited strong alkaline cleaner is used when cleaning Nonferrous parts, f.i. alumina. Ryzolin ® 5 consists of special ingredients to overcome blocking in nozzles and small lines in the cleaning machine or HP units. Used universal: C.I.P., Ultrasonic, HP units, etc. Dilute till 1: 100 * + Steaming application.

Ryzolin Safetyclean® 7 is a liquid very heavy alkaline cleaning product for removing heavy deposits on heavily contaminated steel parts. Also reduces / eliminates, for example, H2S and mercaptans, sulfur deposits, and various oxides. Product is used if you want to use an even stronger alkaline product as Ryzolin 5 but on steel applications. Dilute till 1: 100.

Ryzolin ® Economic is a universal applicable, powerful and concentrated alkaline cleaning and degreasing product. Water dilutable, depending on application. When steaming up to 154 degrees C. Rapidly de-emulsifies for use with an oil / water separator. Can also be diluted with salt water. Completely solvent-free. Removes mineral contaminants, fats and various organic fats, etc. Also removes / reduces H2S and mercaptans from columns and odour reduction / elimination from storage space, containers etc. Dilute till 1:100. + Steaming application.

Ryzolin® HDC is an general heavy duty cleaner, based on the terpene type and designed for degreasing and cleaning of the heavy jobs. Depending on local cleaning applications for cleaning of oil residue applications and other heavy applications as:. Hydrocarbon residues, polymer / crude oil / printing ink / / tar residues / resin, asphalt, tar-like deposits, oil, grease, glues, etc. and is applied for cleaning of: storage tanks, tank walls, tank wagons and trailers, heat exchangers, pipelines, floors, even several glues, production facilities, etc. Dilute till 1: 100 * Self-demulsifying.

Ryzolin Safetyclean® 12 is a universal heavy duty neutral cleaner for cleaning of oil residue applications as: crude oils, oil, carbonaceous residues, tar-like deposits, grease, mercaptans, gas residues, reduction of hydrogen sulfide and pyrophoric material, LEL till +- 0, benzene level < 0.2 ppm etc. and is applied for cleaning of: storage tanks, process equipment, pump around systems, fractionators, heat exchangers, feed and slurry pump around systems, pipelines, etc. Ryzolin Safetyclean ® 12 stays stable during CIP, afterwards demulsifies itself slowly. Dilute till 1: 200 *

Ryzolin Safetyclean® 12H is a universal heavy duty neutral cleaner very high concentrated for cleaning of oil residue applications as: crude oils, (heavy) oil, tar like deposits, grease even resins, polymers. Applied for cleaning of: reactors, storage tanks, tank walls, heat exchangers, process equipment, pipelines, etc. Ryzolin Safetyclean 12H removes optimal oil, hydrocarbons, mercaptans, gas residues, reduction of hydrogen sulfide and pyrophoric material, LEL till +- 0, benzene level < 0.2 ppm. Ryzolin Safetyclean ® 12 H emulsions stays very stable. Dilute till 1 : 400* + Steaming application.

Ryzolin Safetyclean® 34 Is a special formulated very strong cleaner for the composite / polymer / crude oil / printing ink / hydrocarbon residues / tar residues / resin / Industry as a replacement for heavy solvent cleaners for cleaning: tools, hands, production equipment, etc. during the “sticky” phase of the epoxy / gel coat /polymer product. Ryzolin Safetyclean® 34 has specific additives to be used as universal as possible with cleaning- and degreasing applications. Emulsion de-emulsifies itself for use with water-oil separator. Due to the incorporation of special ingredients the Ryzolin Safetyclean® 34 can be used on Ferro and Non Ferro metals. Dilute till 1: 200 * Flash point +- 80 degr. C.

Ryzolin Safetyclean® 42 en 43 Products are heavy duty cleaners for cleaning / degreasing (process) equipment, machines, engines, parts. Removes paraffin, grease, lubricants, tar, glue, several plastics, process residues, tectyl, etc. Flash point approx 50 ° C.

Ryzolin Safetyclean® 52 a powerful product based on special mixture of hydrocarbons. Removes dried oil, tar, coke types, tough greases, resin, anti-corrosion coatings, (printing) inks, and many other industrial contaminants. Also excellent for use as C.I.P. cleaner. Due to the high dirt and grease absorbing capacity, multiple cleanings can be carried out with one cleaning batch in circulation. (depending on the degree of pollution.) Flash point > 61 ° C.

Ryzolin Safetyclean® 78 a very powerful agent based on special mix of hydrocarbons and additives for addition to, for example, an LCO rinse to allow it to make a cleaning stroke. Flash point > 40 ° C.

Ryzolin Safetyclean® 15 is a highly concentrated, inhibited, very strong liquid inorganic acid cleaner designed for professional cleaning of heavy contaminated surfaces, proven outperforms others. Used for cleaning/de-scaling / de-rusting: surfaces, heat-exchangers, piping, process-systems, -equipment. Ryzolin Safetyclean® 15 has also degreasing capabilities, so saves time in cleaning in one cleaning run. Ryzolin Safetyclean® 24 a special inhibited, strong organic odourless acid cleaner designed for professional cleaning of heavy contaminated surfaces. (cleaning/de-scaling/de-rusting: f.i. heat-exchangers, piping, process-systems, equipment, neutralizing agent, etc.). Ryzolin Safetyclean® 24 has also degreasing capabilities, so saves time in cleaning in one cleaning run. As it is specially formulated and inhibited it can be used, for several materials as stainless steel, galvanized steel, carbon steel, copper, plastic- and even painted surfaces.* Product used in “Cleaning In Place” and surface cleaning applications. Advantages: Product is friendlier in use as it is specially inhibited for less aggressive harm for users and equipment and cleans also debris combinations of amounts of CaCO3and grease. Proven better as others. High solubility of salts, non oxidizing, chlorine free, no (toxic) fumes. Free from phosphoric acid and hydrochloric acid. High temp. applicable. Dilute till 1: 100 *

Ryzolin Safetyclean® 65 A powerful liquid oxidizer for broad industrial applications. Used for Chemical oxidation / removal of f.i.:FeS, H2S, benzene, mercaptans, sulphides, disulphides, sulphites, aromatics, and other inconvenient (odour) residues from process equipment, tanks, etc.. Eliminate pyrophoric reactions in installations. Odour control / elimination of odour in (waste water / storage / gas wash) systems. Other applications where a powerful oxidation step is needed and where relatively safer application properties are desired, such as peroxide, sodium bromate, hypochlorite, permanganate, etc.
